| @Sally: that's what the "AMA" is for @Anna: yes, generally long and hard...as it should be, as it is quite fun when the setting is right. though i will say that i occasionally rush the lead stroker, which is highly unfortunate i would give almost anything to try stroking again for that fateful day over at may race 2010. my mentality couldn't overcome the sudden shock of responsibility and failed to live up to my own veteran presence and discipline. I was the only one who could've pulled it off and failed to live up to my coach's words and the hard work&determination of my teammates. To that extent, i apologize. |

i generally piss excellence. from an ACADEMIC STANDPOINT, it's when the sun shines down on moisture on earth and creates a multi-colored arc. what lisa said is UNTRUE. clowns are unable to produce rainbows as she claims, now without massive amounts of clear piss...which i refuse to verify. EDIT: one more thing, cowfish234 = Nick. i completely forgot to activate myself, lol

the entire paddle + 1-1.5 my fist length (it goes to 1.5 because i have a tendency to think that extra .5 of a paddle shaft makes a difference when i paddle. also makes me subconsciously commit to correcting where i choke the paddle). i also pull all the way to my butt, much to the chagrin of my previous coaches, when i'm unaware of what i'm doing. i'm told that what i do is a "canadian stroke" but the pull from the knee to the butt needs to be MUCH stronger to be considered a true stroke. although, my exit could use some work...especially when i get excited...and that's how i won "tidal wave". i do not recommend this technique to ANYONE, considering how out of time/synch you might make the boat, you're working a stroke no one else is working so what would you expect?

You should learn to pull out faster it's just the way i pull out that's incredibly awkward...it's like i shovel water to the person behind me..... damn, i miss this sport! - ESong wrote:

a 1) guy sailor or a 2) hot girl sailor? 1) nothing...absolutely nothing. 2) what's on your mind? exactly.
